Also, any links are there for your convenience and would never be in a written patent DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The upper and lower leg sections are identical and, as seen in Fig. 3, have transverse cross sections which are in the form of an elongated rectangle having longer sides 6 and shorter sides 7. Inwardly projecting flanges 8, projecting from the longer sides and spaced apart equally from the center of the rectangle, are provided. Throughout its length, each leg section has a reinforcing insert 9 having a transverse cross section in the form of a right angle cross, the edges of the inserts being engaged respectively in the junctures between of flanges 8 with side walls of the rectangular leg sections. Lower leg sections 2 are disposed with the long sides of their rectangular cross sections directed inwardly of the tent so that these sections are relatively stiff against forces directed inwardly from the outside of the tent frame. Upper leg sections 3 are disposed with the longer sides of their rectangular cross sections at right angles to the long sides of the rectangles of the cross sections of the lower leg sections so that the upper leg sections can more readily bend to follow the curvature necessary to lead to the upper clevis member of the clevis assembly 5. Advantageously, clevis assembly 5 comprises an upper clevis member 10, a lower clevis member 11 identical to member 10, and a center post 12. Each clevis member comprises a main body 13 having a central through opening 14 and a downwardly opening generally cup-shaped recess 15. Spaced clevis flanges 16 project radially outwardly from main body 13. At the bottom of the main body, reinforcing flanges 17 interconnect the adjacent flanges 16, as seen in Fig. 4. As best seen in Fig. 5., center post 12 has a main body 18 of larger diameter, an upper end 19 of smaller diameter joining body 18 in upwardly directed shoulder 20, and a smaller diameter lower portion 21 which joins main body 18 at downwardly facing shoulder 22 and is threaded at its lower end. Lower portion 21 extends downwardly through the central opening of lower clevis member 11 and is secured to that member by the combination of upper washer 23, lower washer 24 and nut 25, as seen in Fig. 5. Seated on upper shoulder 20 is a stop member 26 dimensioned and shaped to fit slidably within the downwardly opening recess 15 of the upper clevis member. At a point intermediate its length, each upper leg section 3 is provided with a pivot member 27, Figs. 8 and 9, and radial brace members 28 each have one end pivoted to one of members 27 and the other end pivoted between one set of flanges 16 of lower clevis member 11. The positions of members 27 and the length of members 28 are such that when the tent is erected as seen in Fig. 1 lower clevis member 11 is forced upwardly, bringing stop member 26 fully into the recess 15 so that member 26 is stopped by clevis member 10 with portion 19 of center post 12 received in through bore 14 of the upper clevis member. As seen in Figs. 6 and 7, pivot connectors 4 are of generally U-shaped transverse cross section, side wall portions 30 being spaced apart by a smaller distance than side wall portions 31 so that the right angle displacement between leg portions 2 and 3 can be accommodated in the manner shown. As seen in Fig.7, the bottom wall 32 has a first portion 33 and a second portion 34 and these portions are displaced from the pivotal axes of leg members 2 and 3 by distances such that taking into consideration the 90Â ° displacement between the leg portions, the leg portions are freely pivotable between the positions shown in Figs. 1 and 2. Advantageously, an upstanding rib 35 is provided at the free end of portion 33 and a rib 36 is provided at the free end of portion 34, the heights of these ribs being such that, with parts positioned as seen in Fig. 1, the end portions of the leg portions engage the respective ribs in the manner seen in Fig. 7. A reinforcing rib 37 is advantageously provide d at the juncture between portions 33 and 34, as seen in Fig. 7. Members 27 are identical and are advantageously cut from extruded lengths having the cross-sectional configuration seen in Fig.8 . Each member 27 has a base portion 40 with a through bore 41 which is rectangular transverse cross section and dimensioned to slidably accommodate upper leg portion 3. Members 27 have flanges 42 which are parallel and spaced apart by a distance adequate to freely accommodate one end portion of one of the brace members 28. Leg portions 2 and 3 are pivoted to members 4 by pivot pins 43 in any suitable manner. Members 27 are fixed to leg portions 3 by pins 44. Brace members 28 are pivoted to flanges 42 by pins 45. The upper ends of leg portions 3 are pivoted to flanges 16 of upper clevis member 10, as by pivot pins 46. The ends of brace members 28 are likewise pivoted to lower clevis member 11 by pivot pins 47, Fig. 5. It will be apparent that various changes and modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the invention as defined in the claims. Thus flanges 8, Fig. 3, can be replaced by partitions 8, Fig. 3A and reinforcing extrusion 9, Fig. 3, can be replaced by a filling of polymeric foam 9, Fig. 3A. Other poets of the time wrote about the cruelty of women and demanded pity.    Dante exalted or glorified Beatrice as a miracle of courtesy and virtue sent to earth by God for the welfare of himself, and for those who would appreciate her qualities. Because of such exultation Dante believed that Beatrice would not stay long in the earthly life, and in June 1290 she died. This caused intense contemplation of her in the glory of heaven (Barbi 6). Dante was married shortly after the first anniversary of Beatrice's death. Imaginative Experience in a Music Concert Essay

I believe everyone’s been through a stage of life where you eat, sleep, dream, walk, talk, breath and hear your favorite artist or the band you love [well, would be an understatement] play their number in front of millions of people, amides which you stand singing the lyrics sung on stage without a thought of what may happen tomorrow, it’s just the song and you at the moment. Oh! Just the thought of it makes me want to quiver. But that didn’t last long until last November, few weeks after my birthday, my father came home with the brightest smile on his face and those twinkling eyes which I think would light up the street that I was living on. He said, â€Å"Guess what† and my heart started running at the speed of Usain Bolts 100 meter sprint. Then he finally spoke those magical words, which till date brings a smile to my face, â€Å"I GOT YOU TWO TICKETS FOR THE MUMFORD – AND – THE – SONS CONCERT.† My heart at the very moment crept inside my mouth with the outburst of such excitement. I think I passed out for a minute or two but quickly re-collecting myself I asked him how? He then explained, it was a small gesture of appreciateation from the people from Delhi whom he had helped in their short stay in Gangtok. Those long explanation didn’t really matter much as I was taken back to what would I wear, whom would I take? Which reminded me that I had to make a phone call to my friend? On the phone was my best friend Pema and with such difficulty to hide my excitement I busted out in giggles asking her to join me for this trip to Goa, where the concert was happening. She, at first couldn’t believe what she was hearing but after all we are diehard fans of the Mumfords so she happily agreed. After few days of packing and bickering we were on our flight to Goa. My inner goddess was doing back flips and dancing with pom- poms in her hand. Soon we were good to go and ready to check in a hotel near the beach where the whole set up was going to take place. The show was the day after we arrived so we had enough time to chill in the beach and arrange our already arranged outfits for The Day! All of it seemed like a vague dream to me, nothing seemed real and when the day finally arrived my body started to get really numb every passing second. Soon it started getting really dark in the horizon and the view from the hotel window was breathtaking with the sun slowly being swallowed by the ocean in the far distance. I heard my heart pumping louder than ever making the last few countdowns for the show to start. Pema was standing beside me looking at the picture perfect moment, we stood there saying nothing rather just inhaling the fresh ocean breeze and preparing for our dream to shortly turn into reality. From a distance we saw groups of youngsters approaching towards the stage and we noticed we were getting late to mark our sports. So Pema ran out of the door and I quickly followed her locking the door behind me. Moments later we were out of the hotel and on the golden sand beneath our bare foot trying to surpass those ahead of us, straight towards the peak of where the golden sand drew its line and the stage was set up. We stood panting right before the youngsters whom we had noticed from our hotel window, it felt like a great victory to stand before then although soon we were on our knees tired after the run we had made. After regaining our breath we noticed the different colored lights, instruments and people running around the stage for their final touch up and in seconds they were good to go. I looked down at my watch and it was 6:30 and the whole sandy area was filled with blondes’, brunettes, red heads, mow hawks, bald and every possible look that a human can pull off the runway. The music kept filling our ears and soon there was a man on stage with a mike on his hand doing the usual check 1-2-3. The exquisite melody faded but continued to play in the background. The man then introduced himself as the host for the night and thanked us for being a part of such a wonderful project to raise fund for the children in Africa and India and no doubts we were in high spirits to be there. He then called on stage the band we had been waiting our whole life to see them play for us. Oh and that was the moment! My inner goddess with much excitement did a triple back flip and cartwheels all around the stage. The whole waiting was done with and the very next moment they were on stage The Mumford, leaving trails of goose bumps along my skin despite the heat. It was a bittersweet feeling over all, melancholy and a great deal of joy for having the opportunity to stand and watch the beauty of Indie. They started the night by singing their number on hit song on iTunes- I will wait. Although, my voice not so soothing and heavenly like theirs I closed my eyes and sang along. I thought to myself, â€Å"Surely, life in the clouds feels unreal.† Just as they sang the last verse I opened my eyes to see light everywhere, bright warm, piercing lights, endeavoring it, I kept it at bay for a few more precious minutes. Soon they played numerous amounts of tracks and we tried keeping up with the high spirited people just having to fail every time. Nevertheless, it was a night to be remembered and cherished throughout my life and be grateful to my father without whose generosity toward people got us to this days. So be kind to one another

The promise was held to be binding. These principles were applied 70 years later by Lord Denning in Central London Property Trust Ltd v High Trees House Ltd (1947). The case involved a block of flats owned by the plaintiffs. In September 1939, the plaintiffs had leased the block to the defendants, who planned to rent out the individual flats, use to income to cover their payments on the lease, and make a profit on top. Unfortunately, their plans were spoiled by the fact that the Second World War had just broken out, and many people left London, making it difficult to find tenants. As a result, many of the flats were left empty. The plaintiffs therefore agreed that the tenants could pay just half could pay just half the ground rent stipulated in the lease. By 1945, the flats were full again, and the plaintiffs claimed the full ground rent for the last two quarters of 1945. The plaintiffs stated that the agreement was only ever intended to last until the war was over, or the flats fully let, whichever was the sooner. Both events had happened by the time payment for the last two quarters of 1945 were due, and so they believed they were entitled to full payment for that period. The court accepted this agreement, holding that full rent was payable for the last two quarters in question, and from then on. Of more importance is the fact that Lord Denning went onto state that the plaintiffs would not have been entitled to recover the rent for the period 1940-1945, even though there was no consideration for the promise to accept the reduced rent, because of the equitable principle laid down in Huges. By accepting the reduced rent for the wartime period, they lost their right to claim for arrears of rent. Defined by Lord Cairnes: If parties who have entered into definite and distinct terms involving certain legal results (suing if terms are not met/breaches) certain penalties or legal forfeiture after wards by their own act or with their own consent enter upon a course of negotiations (negotiating for the tenants to possibly buy the lease) which has the effect of leading one of the parties to suppose that the strict rights arising under the contract will not be enforced (the promise to forfeit the lease), or will be kept in suspense, or held in abeyance, the person who might otherwise have enforced those rights (the landlord) will not be allowed to enforce them where it would be inequitable having regard to the dealings which have thus taken place between the parties (the negotiating period).
